How the enzymes in raw milk and eggs fight parasites
We can see in one study that in raw Bovine milk there is a much higher concentration of the enzyme Lactoferrin than in more common and supported homogenized milk. There has been a battle agains raw milk for quite a long time as well as governing well funded body’s doing their best to make life hard for small dairy farmers. We can see in the diagram below that Lactoferrin acts to sequester or protect the Zinc in our body by binding or chelating to it which inhibits parasitic growth.
