The following parasite and heavy metals removal schedules are our recommendation and can be used year round and are for reference only in regards to serving sizes and frequency of use. Please see notes at the bottom of each schedule to maximize your parasite cleanse, heavy metals, mycotoxin and micro-plastics removal from the body. Frequency of use and serving sized is a personal preference and can be adjusted based on the individuals response to each. If you are having intense detox symptoms that feel to strong then adjust serving size and frequency of use accordingly. Always listen to your body!
