Fulfillment Policy

• Methods: USPS First Class or Ground Advantage: 2-5 day delivery, USPS Priority: 2-3 day delivery, USPS Priority Express: 1-2 day delivery, FedEx International: 5-7 day delivery, FedEx Priority International: 4-5 day delivery, DHL Global: 1-4 days delivery

  Shipping Costs: USA shipping is free for orders over $50 and will ship USPS first class or Ground Advantage. USPS Priority: $10.50. USPS Priority Express: $40. FedEx First Class International: $34. FedEx Priority International: $59, DHL Domestic/Global: $69
• Delivery Destinations: Worldwide 

• Return Eligibility: Accepted within 5 days of delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and shipping responsibility of the buyer. 
• Return Timeframe: within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return (for delivered items and using the applicable tracking number for shipping carrier) 
• Return Process: Email info@cleanseparasites.com to initiate a return request 
• Refund Options: Items will be refunded minus 20% restocking fee to your credit card. May take 2-10 days to process.
• Refund Discretion (tracked & delivered orders): If buyer claims to have not received their order, while said order’s tracking information portray’s that subject order has been delivered to the buyer’s specified address, then seller is not responsible to refund buyer. It is the buyer’s discretion to re-ship a replacement order.
• Return Shipping: buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
• International Orders: International orders are not eligible for refunds. It is seller’s discretion to re-ship items with payment of new shipping cost by buyer. 
  Damaged or Defective Items:

Customs Clearance Issues: Seller assumes no responsibility for international product shipping clearance, loss or risk. Buyer assumes responsibility if their order is returned to seller. Buyer is not responsible for extra fees, taxes, VAT, duties, or any extra charges incurred during international shipping outside of the USA. If an order is returned by customs and received in re-sellable condition by the seller, seller will provide a refund to buyer once it is received, minus the original shipping costs paid by the seller.
