Senna Leaf – Whole Leaves – Laxative Tea

12+ Whole Senna Leaves for use as a laxative. Will be equivalent to 12 tea bags. Quantity included depends on size of each leaf)

Directions: Rinse leaves in water. use 1 leaf per cup of tea. Break leaf into 3-4 pieces and place in mug. Pour hot water over the leaf and let steep for 3-10 minutes.

Effects take 6-8 hours. Best to enjoy tea at bed time.
